Joe and the technician were very helpful in finding a service that was right for me and my current needs with no pressure.
Jeffrey was cool but the whole system of dropping of car for oil change and tire rotation should take 5 hours or more. It’s every time I get a oils change it isn’t acceptable but why ask for a survey if nothing changes

Trusted and honest service , excellent customer service and great agents to help you through the process.
Instead of admitting that maybe the dealer was at fault, they made excuses as to why I was having issues. They finally took care of the problem, but now it’s a trust issue. If I can ‘t trust the dealer, who can I trust? While I know nobody is perfect, I get it, but at least admit to the fault.

My vehicle was returned to me as finished, wi t h the plastic ceran wrapper and paper floor mat crumpled and tossed in the passenger's seat. In addition, oily hand prints and oil smudges were on the passenger side door's exterior paint.
The mechanical repairs and service were likely done correctly, however finding the above trash discarded inside the vehicle and dark oil smudges on the exterior paint shows me a lack of concern for detail and or pride in work performances..not a good image ir presentation for the customer whom expects a better level of care from a top dealership.

Anthony did not notate on the paperwork that my tire was making a noise after telling me that it's very common with my type of car because dirt or debris can get stuck behind the hub cap. No one knew anything about it when my car was ready. It still makes a noise. Had to call Mustafa over because it took 3 hours to get my car back even though I was told 2 hours max and then I see there's a dent on my door! Immediately Mustafa said "we don't take any responsibility for it " and swore he saw a dent in the pictures. When I checked the pictures there was no dent. He basically said oh well, nothing we can do. Worst customer service! I'll never buy another car from this dealership! And will make sure to advise everyone I know!
