I took my car in for service, and when I got it back, the paint on the hood was scratched. The service manager gave me the option of either accepting a touch-up or doing nothing about it. They offered to have me bring the car back for a touch-up, but I don’t think that’s fair considering it’s a new car.
I’m very dissatisfied with how this situation has been handled. Because of this experience, I will not be bringing my car back for service, and I will not recommend that my family or friends purchase a vehicle from Northridge Toyota. I also plan to share my experience in reviews on various websites and social media platforms.

My car came back with a light scratch on the passenger fender, the A pillar was smudged, and the foot guards were left super dirty. No one cleaned up after themselves after the work.

I took my husbands Tacoma yesterday for an oil change, when I spoke to the rep I made sure I mentioned that and he said yes upon drop off. My husband checked today and the truck has dirty oil, so why was I told it was done when it wasn’t. Especially if I requested one and the tech told me 3 are covered by Toyota, now my 1 of 3 are taken and the service wasn’t even done. Please get back to me on this.
