Unfortunately, my experience at Northridge Toyota today was terrible. A service representative by the name of Heidi Buchanan approached my vehicle and stood outside the driver side window staring into the car. No greeting or gesture. As I opened my door she told me to get out. I said “wow thank you for telling me what to do” She scoffed & proceeded to get the mileage etc She stormed into the servicing area where my son & I waited for the paper work. She then began to accuse us of having an “attitude” and aggressively told us this wasn’t ok. A little taken back by her negative behavior I stood there quietly as she kept talking. My son nervously laughed to himself and she called him out saying that it wasn’t ok for him to do so. One of the workers entered and asked her for the key to my vehicle. She scolded him and said “why are you asking me, he’s right there” pointing at me. Typically I let things slide, not one to complain. But her behavior was beyond embarrassing. It’s never ok to argue with a customer especially in front of others. Coming from someone who has worked in the customer service line of business for 10+ years this is not how you handle things. I called & spoke to Mustafa Nassari to submit a complaint about his representative. I truly hope nobody else experiences this. I will look to go to Hamer location moving forward. And I live across the street.

I recently brought my vehicle in for the 10,000-mile service at Toyota of Northridge, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The service took approximately 4.5 hours for what should be a relatively routine maintenance (oil change and inspection). This delay was excessive and not properly communicated. In addition, the staff’s behavior and level of customer service did not meet expectations. There was a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and overall an unwelcoming attitude that made the experience frustrating. As a customer who chose Toyota for its reputation of reliability and service quality, this experience was extremely discouraging. Based on this visit, I would hesitate to return to this location for future service, and it has negatively impacted my perception of the brand. I will also be sharing this feedback with Toyota’s corporate office, as I believe this location does not reflect the standards expected from Toyota. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to meaningful improvements.

Please discontinue sending emails asking for a trade in value. It's gets tiring with the contantrequests to offer 30% below market to entice people to buy over priced new vehicles

I am really happy with my service. I realized I had a problem with my tire after work while picking up my kids and drove in very last minute. I really appreciate the fact that he didn't hesitate to help me out even tho they were a few minutes from closing the service department. He could of just said no and made me wait until the next day , it was a real blessing because I would of been in a bad situation without my car the next day because i have to work and transport my kids.Thank you very much .God bless you !!! 10/10

My wheel alighnment discount was not applied. My hisband present the discount that is from the northridgetoyota website. He was told that he was not charged for the tax for the service which is the discount given to him. To my knowledge, California law does not require any tax to services provided which did not require any parts. To my my knowledge, wheel alignment does not require any new parts to be performed. The website shows wheel alignment for $139. He was charge $169.95. Am I missing something here? Please enlighten me. Thanks.

I had a great experience with Jeffrey Johnson, as always.He is my go to service advisor for a long time, and he provides an excellent service. However, today I had an issue with your technicians team. When I picked up my car, I noticed that it has a white/ blue scratches on the front left side, above the wheel. Looks like it was scratched with a jack. I took photos right away. I would appreciate if you provide extra training to the techs, so they will be more accurate in the future. Thank you!

The day before they put air in the tires and all the tires were low Today I brought the car back in again and they checked the sensors and they brought tires helped to pressure except one was still not up to pressure consistent with the other three tires I hope this helps
