I had a great experience during my recent service visit. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Noel was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the process.

Due to being backed up on a Saturday, it took 4 hours to get our car back after finally being examined to determin a side view mirror needed to be ordered as replacement. It is what it is.

Yall need a better system to update people with time being extended. I had an appointment scheduled for two weeks for just an oil change, and was told it would be about 2-2.5 hours to be completed. It was a 4 and a half hour long wait time with no update. I understand you guys are busy but 4.5 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. Especially without any message or anything stating that it would be some extra time. Totally understand that these things happen where stuff gets delayed but it’s pretty ridiculous to not get updated. Not to mention, 3 hours and 50 minutes into this experience, I went up to the employee who got me checked in and asked if I can get an update for how much longer it would be, and told me 10 minutes, and then it was still another 30 minute wait after that. Absolutely insanely poor communication throughout my experience today, will not be returning to this dealer.
Sat there 30 minutes before being helped then after waiting an hour he comes and says they don't have the oil filter I need sorry...so worthless so dumb so incompetent worst experience ever at Toyota your dealership is a JOKE
I understand it was a busy morning, however, anyone working in customer service should be polite and not rude. Heidi seemed to be overwhelmed and said customers are not just numbers so she will take her time with each one. I agree with that. What I DO NOT agree with was her rude tone and she also came across as arrogant. I paid almost $200 for a service yesterday which today appears to not have been done completely because my car made a rattling noise in the engine and it overheated this morning. I will not be returning to Northridge Toyota. I went there because it is a bit closer than Hamer Toyota, but I will be returning to Hamer Toyota. On a side note, when someone isn’t kind and polite, they should not be working in customer service.
As I waited almost 5 hours for my car, and I did have a 9am appointment, I was approached by Byron who was the only pleasant person I spoke with yesterday. Well, the elderly man who put the number on top of the car and told me he alerted Heidi I was there, was also polite and professional. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I do hope you’ll take steps to at least make sure Heidi treats customers with respect and professionalism. Although, she did tell me she has been working there for 16 years so she is going to do things the way she has been. Not something she should have said to me or any one else. Thank you. I understand that it's been a busy day at Newark Toyota, but I wish that Jeffrey had returned my call to tell me that my car was ready to take home instead of making me call him again (though the second time I called, he did call me back).
Joe is an amazing service rep. I only ask for him when I take my car in for service. I found out today is his last day. Toyota lost a great employee.
