The person assigned to me that the service wait will be around 3 hours. I did check for an update but he has not received from the service. Then it’s almost 4 hours waiting so I checked again and he checked the computer for the information then it was done but he was not informed I guess this is lack of communication. I know there is a lot of work for the mechanics but I think you need to have a system for the easy job or problem so that your clients will not wait that long.

I wasn’t debriefed on what was done on the vehicle, no recommendations for anything that needs special attention or that need immediate replacement at the moment of picking up my vehicle. Took too long to get My vehicle back. Lastly, on a text I was sent a video showing that the engine air filter needs replacing, quoting the replacement for $180.00!!?? The new original filter price is $22.00 quoted at $50.00 to me and it takes 3 minutes to do the replacement. I understand is a business and is about making money, however this dealership rips off people. Thanks!

It took longer than I expected, I was there for a tire rotation, check a few things and a new key fob programming and it took 5 hours. Noel was a helpful as he could be!

I loved Anthony’s service He explained everything and I feel like he went above and beyond However I had a problem with not being able to get my Toyota credit card number in order to pay for the service Anthony put me on a payment plan which seems like a good alternative but I think it is poor service on Toyota as a company to not be able to get a clients credit card number for them I needed a battery and I couldn’t wait for a new card to come in the mail Before service agents were able to.pull the number

When I picked up the vehicle I checked the tire pressure on the screen and it shows the tire that was patched up was 31psi not 35psi like the rest. I asked Aaron about it and he mentioned he would take care of it which he did. I did ask Glenn when I dropped off the car to have the technician check the air pressure of all tires and apparently that was not done.

I left a message to my advisor Glenn to call me back but he didn’t call me. I want to tell him that I was right. Technician did Hard Reset and Erased all info from head unit of my car. By doing that, my subscription to Toyota Go Anywhere got canceled even though I had autopay. My Toyota App removed my vin car info and nothing shown. Glenn said Tech did nothing about that and didn’t help me resolved either. I had to research and made call to Toyota connect sign up again. Very frustrated with poor service. Also my appointment at 9:45am, I got to Toyota 935am and didn’t get my car till 3:25pm. Terrible service!

I paid for a platinum care package to offset costs and today they wanted to charge me over $1400 what the heck did I pay for and why I’m getting that package ?
