I recently had a service experience at the Toyota dealership and wanted to share my feedback regarding Jeffrey Johnson, my service advisor. From the moment I arrived, Jeffrey was professional, friendly, and attentive. He took the time to clearly explain the services my vehicle needed and answered all of my questions with patience and honesty. I never felt pressured—just well-informed and taken care of. Throughout the process, Jeffrey kept me updated on the status of my vehicle, which I really appreciated. His communication was consistent and transparent, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. When I picked up my car, everything was completed as promised, and the vehicle was in great condition. Jeffrey made sure I understood what had been done and checked that I was satisfied before I left. Overall, this was one of the best service experiences I’ve had at a dealership, and Jeffrey Johnson played a big part in that. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for excellent customer service and reliable guidance.

Except one issue out of 4 rest are all reported as not reproductible in the final report. However Advisor - Aaron **** told me that I can do video recording and bring it again so that he can have his team to fix it. I would recommend service team to do test run for few miles with customer to resolve the issue, instead of saying not reproductible. About screen freeze issue Aaron mentioned he will have someone call me from order department before/after ordering the entertainment screen . Hope they will do at the earliest so that I can bring my vehicle to get it fixed

Anthony service was on point. He is great to go to as a service advisor thank you Toyota for hiring the best. Service manager Mustafa is also wonderful both are extremely professional and because of people like them I keep coming to this location for any car services.

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding a recent service visit for my vehicle. During my appointment on Monday April 6th, maintenance work was performed on my car that I did not request. Additionally, I was neither consulted nor asked to provide approval before this work was carried out. This is concerning, as authorization should always be obtained prior to proceeding with any services that may incur charges. I expect clear communication and consent before any additional work is done beyond what was originally agreed upon. Had to bring my car back because it wasn’t fixed properly. I wasn’t happy about that. However, Shirley Diaz was most accommodating and extremely helpful throughout. She was highly professional and helpful.
