$385.00 for a key fob change that took only 25 minutes is a bit too much I think.
Yes, the service was excellent and yes I was quoted accurately but since there isn’t an alternative solution there isn’t really any choice but to pay the dictated amount.

I am satisfied by the service provided. The only thing I think could be improved is better communication. I set an appointment ahead of time, and was told it would take an hour, but took over 2 hours. I didn’t receive any notifications on my phone if the status until after I was back in my car leaving the property. The car was sitting in the lot and I had to go ask if it was done. There wasn’t anything unexpected that came up, straight forward service, but it would be better to give customers a more realistic time frame for how long things will take. Also if you want to win some bonus points, set up some free charging spots with cords for those customers who’s phones are almost dead and didn’t bring a cable, little things like that can make a huge difference for the customers.
I was charged $60 for tire rotation that did not take place.
