I had an appointment and was greeted by a representative that took my initial information. Not rude but barely friendly. I was told someone else would assist me with service. I waited by my car for almost 20 minutes after my appointment. While waiting I see all the advisors talking and laughing amongst themselves. Did not bother to acknowledge the line of customers behind me. The line was out to the street. No one seemed bothered or showed any urgency in getting customers at least greeted. Too many employees not focused and socializing. Really disappointed. Then I see you are hiring for an advisor to join your team. You list all the these great qualities you’re looking for. Perhaps you need to develop the crew you already have. Who supervises?
