I spoke with Tod while I was riding 96 miles in a tow truck, after my car stopped running on a busy highway in Los Angeles. Tod was reassuring on my call with him. When we arrived, he expedited check-in so the poor tow truck driver could drop me off at home and return to L.A. Tod updated me regarding diagnostics and repairs. He is a good representative of the Toyota brand.

I went n because we thought our second key was lost, but the technician found it under the seat, when we couldn’t find it. I am glad he returned the other key, but for $600 more paid for an unnecessary 3rd key. I am retired. I was waiting in the waiting area, and had I known, I would have stopped the order. I know the tech couldn’t know but then again, this was tough. On the plus side, I recieved fast service, and I only had to wait in your waiting room 21/2 hrs. I am just sad because $600 is really alot
