Rob knows the job well and has frequently helped other services employees on this trip as well as past trips. He seems to be one of your most capable service employees. He has excellent customer service demeanor and is very competent.

This was a follow up from having my car serviced last week. Several days later my car wouldn’t start in the Trader Joe’s parking lot. I had to call triple A and purchase a new battery. When I had brought it to Toyota three days earlier for routine maintenance they also had to replace a recalled part associated with the battery. Seems like whatever work was done had drained the battery. When I brought it back to have it rechecked, Rachel told me “sounds like bad luck”— I asked don’t you check the battery when the car is getting maintenance? She said that batteries are unpredictable and she’s seen them die without warning within a day. She said that it had nothing to do with the maintenance done a few days prior. She seemed very dismissive and unhelpful.
