Rick took time with me and answered my questions about what was needed and was done for my car during the appointment. He followed through with locating my car fob.
I’d suggest changing your policy and not leave the car fob or keys in an unattended car when service is completed.

Rachel was great! The apt was late to start but there was no issue with that. Rachel explained everything that was needed and how Toyota was going to service my truck. They were very easy to talk with and I didn't not feel pressured at all to get anything extra. Might have been my best experience yet and I even paid for this service!
