I appreciate being squeezed in, however, I did not appreciate being told it would be under two hours, and I was there over four waiting, also when my car needed additional services why was it sitting out front waiting for me to pick it up then to have to have something come and pick it up and take it back to The mechanic just to have them do what was already suggested to be done.
