All the people that I met during my service experience were very friendly and helpful. The drop-off of my vehicle went smoothly and fast. I have been leasing and buying vehicles from this Toyota Dealership for many years and will continue to do so in the future. Alejandro gave very good explanations on how the service warranty worked; and a little thong, but he made sire my name was spelled correctly; and thank you to Toyota for taking me a day early. O had written down the appt on the wrong sate, but they squeezed me in.
