This is the second complicated job on our 2001 Prius, that Rachel Maseda has overseen. It seems to us that she is a whiz at diagnosing complex system problems and following through doggedly and getting the job done and evidently coordinating a team. When we go in for some work, the first words out of our mouth is, "Is Rachel in?"! She is pleasant and attentive for input from us.
Todd is not only very capable but is friendly and is focused on how to best take care of my car.
Robert was exceptionally nice, thoughtful, engaging and service was provided in a timely manner.
