I was only satisfied because Rachel came to my defense, I had made an appointment with her as she is my advisor. When I got there for my appointment, I was told Rachel was not in and had to see someone else. This someone was not an advisor and did not know how to put notes of what needed to be checked into the work order, then he told me car would be ready in 1 hour. Then I saw Rachel and told her what was going on. She took over and put in the work request correctly and told me the car could not be ready in 1 hour because a different team had to look at the specific issues. She got everything taken care of. The other person would not have gotten the service request correctly. I did not appreciate being handed off to someone other than Rachel since I specifically made my appointment with Rachel. And, was especially upset when the person that Toyota assigned to me was not familiar with the computer system to input the notes on the service request. And, really annoyed that I was lied to by 2 guys. THANK GOODNESS FOR RACHEL AND MAKING THINGS RIGHT !!!

I had a 1:30 appointment. I was on time. My car sat in the lot until it was taken in for service at 2:42. The car was returned to me at 2:55. Tires were rotated, oil added. The worst Toyota Dealer experience I’ve had.

I don't understand the bill. It looks like some service stated in the esrimate was not performed. Yet the bill is about the same as in the estimate.
