Kevin was awesome. He went totally above and beyond for me. I had lost a ring under my driver's seat. Kevin got down there, searching with a flashlight and feeling around for it. He found it and it was stuck in there. Well he worked at it for a good 10 minutes and then he pulled it out, undamaged!
