My service record from March 9 and yesterday May 9th both show mileage in/out at 137,543 and the current mileage yesterday was 130,840. I don’t know what it was on March 9th. Why does the same incorrect mileage keep getting recorded??? Yesterday I alerted Michael **** about yesterday’s incorrect mileage and h said he would fix that record. I thought it was odd when I looked at the last record and it also had the same exact incorrect mileage
We had a maintenance appointment on April 29 and chose the maintenance minder b service to make sure our car received more complete maintenance. After we picked up the car, we noticed a low toned vibration coming from our air system. We brought the car back because it had been reported that there was a rats nest in the air filter. The second appointment was on May 6. We were very clear we were there because there was a low tone vibration coming from our air system which was not there before we came to Ron Tonkin Honda. We were assured it had to do with the rats nest, so we agreed to have that removed. We picked up the car and the vibration is still there. Our car should never sound, act or feel worse after a maintenance appointment than before we arrived. We don't want to come back.
