There was a guy there walking back and forth in a face mask with some sort of shark teeth on it - that looked creepy.
Everyone was helpful, courteous, and informative. Just waaaaaaay understaffed!! It took me literally 2 hours to get an answer whether my car was ready and call the Lyft, while I was standing at the door waiting to leave work for TWO hours. If I do return for service I will make sure to get a loaner so I’m not marooned like that ever again!
He did his job great, he went above and beyond to make me happy and satisfied with the service. He’s a great employe.
Christina offered a level of sensitivity and consideration seldom seen in any service role. Aware that I’d been robbed twice in the last 5 days, she went the extra mile to make me feel special and valued. She kept me informed of my repair progress throughout the day and made sure I was satisfied. She encouraged me to return to Tonkin Honda for future needs of my aging Honda Odessey.

When i scheduled they said 2 hours so I scheduled my day around that, then when I arrived they said between 11 & 1130 but I didn’t leave until 1225 without any communication that it was going to take nearly twice as long. Just set false expectations which affected my work day. Otherwise the car is great. Thanks!

Appreciated the helpful and thorough service. Tyler answered my questions, was efficient and professional.
1. The tires feel loose when driving, that is the steering feels loose and car feels wobbly when turning. I was informed that my tires were realigned and rebalanced. When I went to check my tires, the hubcaps were loose on the tires, which had not been the case in the past. I have to drive down to Bend tomorrow, so will bring my car in to a local car shop to make that the tires are secured properly before driving over the mountain pass. 2. I did not get a copy of the reciept of charges even though I asked for one during payment transaction time. I only receives receipt for the wiper replacement parts that I purchase when I picked up my car. 3. I made reservations for car service on Tonkin Honda website a few weeks ago, but when I went to check in, Christina could not find my reservations. She checked several methods. She informed me that there had been a recent upgrade in reservation software.
Christina was wonderful. Communicative and friendly. The Lyft rides were greatly appreciated and a very nice option. So, thank you for that.
