Trudy is fine. My issue is that this is a comeback! If it was done right the first time then I would not have to come back.
The receipt said that there was to be another page showing maintenance checks…but I have neither evidence that those checks were made, nor suggestions of what might be required.
I wish that the SA would take the time to go over the result of the MPI instead of just handed the paper. to me
Service was good. Christina accidentally charged me $200 for the driver window switch recall fix. Kevin caught it before I was charged. All is good.
The work was done but I did not receive any phone call until 1.5 hour later. I tried to get someone to send lyft to pick me up, but only that service advisor could authorize that. So after waiting nearly 45 minutes, I went to have lunch at the restaurant. Later, I got a message saying lyft is on the way. I replied back to the text saying that I won't be able to meet now, as I was still eating. Then after 4-5 minutes, I got another message telling me to go meet the driver. I ignored it completely and asked my friend to give me a ride back to Honda after I finished my lunch. I phone call would have solved a lot of the issues..
Danie went above and beyond to help with with this repair and provided excellent customer service.

I was told that it would take 1 hour 15 minutes. When I arrived I asked for a list of items I would need at my next service. He said he would give me a booklet. I arrived on time at noon. My car wasn’t ready until 1:45. I asked for the booklet the person who checked me in said he would give and his response was zi could google the codes to see what was due the next time the message came up on my dashboard.
Looked like it was an extra busy day and Kevin was unflappable, and went out of his way to help me with an extra request. Thank you so much!
The service was slow and I ended up having to wait over 2.5 hour for an oil change. Due to my paper work getting somehow misplaced. My vehicle was done but was not properly informed and had to ask if my car had been ready since it was a lot longer then it normally took.
Tru is a professional. Gets the job done, throws in a funny joke here and there, perfect if you ask me.
