Daniel was great! Very nice and helpful. Made sure I had a rental and it was in good shape. Followed up the next morning to tell me my car was ready for pick up. I was in good hands!

Appreciated the suggestion that the transmission fluid and the power steering should be drained and replenished. That not only saved me wear and tear but no need to return for service on the respective systems. All taken care of while waiting for an oil change.
People were nice, but my car was left with smudges of black and some sticky stuff on the ceiling. Where the felt was moved up to get to airbags, was bent with lines and now is marked like it was yanked up and bent out of place. There are now ripples and lines in my ceiling, the fabric was sticking out of the plastic. Jus seemed like there was very little care being taken with my vehicle.
Kevin kept me fully informed about the duration and the status of the work.
Levi’s was awesome! Polite and willing to help in everything! Would be happy to have him help me again!

1. Waited almost 2 hours for a simple oil change that I arrived 15 minutes before my confirmed appointment.
2 Tech leaves info screen on Oil Life instead of putting back to the normal screen the car was left with
3. Tech changes headlights setting from Auto to Off
4. Cashier not giving free car wash coupon.
Thom was very helpful. He helped me with my new iPhone and hooked it up to Bluetooth. I feel he went beyond what was expected.
