While I appreciate the challenges surrounding curating parts given supply chain issues - it was frustrating to have been kept in the dark, with no proactive efforts by Tonkin to communicate the timeline or issues surrounding the process.

Being deaf myself relying on sign language and note writing, I have been had hard time communicating with most people. Michael **** is exceptional and I had easy time talking with him. He understands customer needs right away. I fully appreciate working him. Thanks!

I wish I hadn’t taken 3 hours, 3 separate calls and chatting with the rep online to find out my car had finished with its airbag recall replacement and a Lyft scheduled. Other than that very trusting aspect, the service to my vehicle seems fine.

Texts sent to the dealership: Hello Daniel and Niketo. Just had my all weather mats and trunk tray put in the car. I have to say that my experience with the service department was much different than with you guys. I guess I just assumed that when I purchased the mats with the new car that they would put them in for me. They were very short with me and when I asked they said "I guess we could throw those in for you". They acted irritated and rushed that I asked them to do this. They threw the mats in (rather rough I might add when this is my brand new car) and didn't say anything after. I had to ask if I need to do anything else and then just left. Maybe I misunderstood but this is definitely not the experience I expected to have when I came in today. Such a contrast to when I bought the car. Honestly, left me with the impression that "you bought the car and we're done with you". I appreciated the way you both took care of my wife and I. I didn't get his name. He had a beard and a mask on that has teeth on it. Maybe he was in a hurry but he was very curt with me. Makes me sad that my first experience with Ron Tonkin had to end with this considering our great experience with you two. Hello Adam. There is not much else to say. I let Niketo know what happened. The damage is done at this point. I don't believe I will be bringing my car at all to be serviced at Ron Tonkin but will continue my good relationship with **** Johnstone in Wilsonville. Niketo was very helpful and professional. He made our car buying experience a good one (which I always dread I might add) but the service department left my wife and I both feeling like we were severely irritating and inconveniencing them. I'm almost sure it says "installed" when we were discussing accessories for our new car (you might check the paperwork). I know it seems like such a simple thing to put the mats in but I guess I just assumed they would vacuum the carpet (was some stuff there because it was raining hard the day we bought the car) but they didn't offer that either. They just quickly and roughly threw the carpet mats out and tossed them dirty into the trunk. I guess I'm not convinced I would have been treated that way had the mats been available the day I bought the car (was after hours for parts). When we drove the 40 miles back to the dealership for them on Saturday I expected to be treated the same. It really cheapened the experience I had with Niketo because I felt like the dealership was saying "you are only treated well and important if you are going to buy a car, now that we already have you, we don't need to treat you the same". Who knows, maybe the service guy was just rushed that day but it left us with a bad feeling when this was our first experience with Ron Tonkin Honda.

Extremely disappointing & frustrating. Service dept experience & service received was bad enough that I don’t want to go back. And I’ve been a customer there since 1990, that says a lot. I was told I was mistaken, treated as if I didn’t know what I was talking about, notes I specifically requested be put on the service order were not put on it , and what I said I didn’t want to happen indeed did happen because of sloppy work. What has happened to your Service dept?
