Our original contract promised 2 free oil changes. This was our second. Everyone was great at first, but when it came time for payment, the staff began treating me with extreme disrespect when I reminded them that I was there for my second free oil change. I had to contact 2 other Honda dealerships to confirm that this is promised with my certified used car contract. I sought help from management and the only one that was available told me that he is only responsible for the sales department and that he could not force the service team to honor my contract even though the person that I signed the contract with was on the phone vouching for me that I was in fact telling the truth and that it was available at ANY Honda location and was not contingent on mileage. The team talked badly about me to each other within earshot, and compared my situation to hardships they were facing at home. They also mocked me with disbelief saying that “they can’t believe I put that many miles on my car within 2 months.” With all due respect, is it any of their business how often I drive my car? I do not go out of my way seeking freebies, but when I pay full price for a car and sign a contract that promises me something, I do believe that the team is responsible to honor their end of the contract. Otherwise, why sign one? I am very disappointed, especially because everyone was so kind at first and they turned on me over a $60 oil change.

Kevin was great. I could see that they were short handed in the service department. Kevin was apologetic and handled everything smoothly even though he could have used a few more hands.
Checking-in Service was friendly, informative, and timely. I drove off knowing my Honda was in excellent condition for safe and reliable condition, and at a very reasonable cost.

Tru was fantastic. I know they were so busy and everyone did their best. I really liked the way the new system sent the estimate and, again, Tru went the extra mile to tell us what we needed to do right now and what could wait if necessary

Daniel said he was new!! Having said that, I thought, oh my. Well he was terrific, got help when he needed it. Was friendly and got my sense of humor. I needed an oil change and as far as I can tell, it was done correctly. I was a little disappointed because when I called in I asked if there was a car wash and was told yes. Evidently that is not true. Lol. I would come back and see you and Dan again. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
