Happy to share positive experience, all my questions were answered and Kevin was professional, attentive and provided great customer service.
Everyone was so nice. I didn’t expect that a nail would be found in my tire, but a perfect replacement tire was found and mounted before I left. I know it was busy, and on a busy Saturday, I was met with wonderful service. Christina Cannon was even able to connect my new cell phone to my car. I wasn’t feeling well when I visited, but all of my needs (and more) were met! Thank you, thank you! You are the best!

Trudy is absolutely amazing and I can't say enough amazing things about her. However, when I came to pick up my car, I was checked out by a tall skinny guy wearing a black mask in the corner desk to the right. He needs customer service training. He is not personable at all and he seemed not to care whatsoever. I told him I had a lot of things to move from the loner car to my car and he moved the loner car, did not tell me where he moved it to, and basically walked away from me, disregarded me while I tried telling him my need. I'm pregnant, had a carseat to move, 7 gallons of water, two reams of copy paper and two bags. I could not find the loner car. I asked him again where it was and he shrugged me off and just said, it's out there. He was a **** **** and he should not be working with customers.

Christina Cannon was very welcoming when we arrived at Honda. She was also communicative and very helpful to us and we really appreciated her assistance. Before bringing our car into Honda, we were soured on Honda due to our car's mechanical problems. After working with Christina, we are now considering buying a Honda when it's time to buy a new car.
Christina was thorough, friendly and reviewed my request as well as checking my history to update additional needs. Much appreciated
Daniel was very helpful with the repairs and service on my car. Moreover, he found out that my car was under warranty and the repairs were covered by the warranty.
