I left car for oil change at 7 am picked up at 5:15. On pick up I read a list of $900 of work that needs to be done incl 3 mm left on brakes and was told this is a priority and if left undone the rotors could be damaged. It is difficult to leave the car since my son works M-F. We live in inner SE at least 20 min drive away. I’m thinking all the work could have been done in the 10 hours the car was there. No idea why I wasn’t contacted to do this work.

Kevin was hands-down the best part of my experience today. I cannot believe how long things took (I ended up being there for nearly two and a half hours, missing preschool pickup unexpectedly), but Kevin was clear, concise, personable, and easygoing. Totally refreshing.
