Staff are exceptionallly friendly even when I was visibly frustrated. Initially thought my visit on June 21 was required because of a potential mistake made on my visit Friday June 17. It turns out it was not, just coincidence timing. I was transported to and from shop while Tyler worked on car, so I could still work instead of waiting. What a nice service! Tyler George is really great. I’ll come back just because of him, but also because of the great work on the car. :)

Kevin in parts is a great example of the type of employees that every company needs. Every interaction I’ve had with your dealership has been great. The reason is because of great people like Kevin. I will be looking for another new car soon and I’ll be back.

My car wasn't fixed like I was promised and I was very upset about it and wasn't going to ever come back to have my car serviced at Tonkin Honda again.... But Christina Cannon made sure it was fixed correctly like promised and was very informative about the status of my car. She changed my mind about Tonkin Honda and I will be coming back to have my car serviced in the future. Thank you Christina Cannon

While I was waiting for my oil change to finish, I sat in the waiting room and plugged my laptop to an outlet to charge. That outlet which is located below the magazine rack, was broken and very loose. It is a hazard and l does not take much time and work for the maintenance crew to fix. Please look into it before someone gets injured. Thank you

The recall process is a joke. Austin bore the brunt of my frustration even though it was not even remotely his fault. Thankfully I got to apologize, but he was very kind even though I was not.

I paid for a service that was not received. Tire rotation was part of the oil service I paid for and I asked for the service and it was not received.
