Christina was amazing!!! From the point I walked in to the dealership. She greeted me with a smile and asked what she could help me with. She went above and beyond for us. She was able to get our warranty to cover the parts our car needed. Our vehicle was at the dealership for a few days but she kept is updated frequently. She had great customer service. It was a pleasure working with her! We need more people like Christina in this world. THANK YOU! Gutierrez family

I was pleased with the service from Daniel, but dismayed that I had to pay for someone to tell me that they would order a part to fix my trunk (broken latch mechanism) in addition the cost (almost $300) to pay for the part and installation of the part. This was a simple thing to figure out (even we knew the mechanism needed to be repaired or replaced) and it shouldn’t take more than five minutes to figure it out. They ordered the part and we’ll get it later this week, but I’m not pleased with the upfront cost in addition to the actual repair. It’s excessive.

I was nervous about purchasing a used Honda from a different dealer. I brought it in for a pre purchase check. Daniel went out his way to explain certain details about the car and I left feeling very good about the purchase. I will return for future service needs on my new to me Honda ????
