I had an appointment set up a week prior to me coming in and they did not have the part there to complete the service and just let me know while I was there and had waited for 2 hours . I drove to the Honda location so not only was it a waste of gas but a waste of time as I had to ask for time off work unpaid.
Austin was very helpful and responsive to all of my questions. I appreciated the quick service and professionalism. He also gave me an update on future repairs my 14 year old car would need to keep it running smoothly without being pushy or giving me the usual annoying upsells that I have come to expect with other car services.
