Brought my CR-V in to correct faulty door lock actuator and with oil change and broken key. Oil and key work done but needed door lock actuator ordered. Returned today for lock work only to find door would not open from outside, necessitating third visit to correct faulty Tonkin work. Very unhappy with service and expect a credit for the work already paid for.

Trudy was excellent. They communicated regularly and followed up exactly when they said they would so I was never waiting around wondering what was happening. This could have been a really frustrating experience, but Trudy made it very positive. I felt that they went above and beyond to help me.
to be honest, i have about zero trust left for tonkin and the ridiculous upsells and after about 20 years of being a loyal customer, i'd be done. but daniel is amazing and i will be back - with him as an advisor.
