The only reason I made the appointment was to get our second key. We’ve been waiting a long time and I was told you had the parts. I truly don’t care about the free car treatment that was applied yesterday. When I scheduled the appointment I was told the key would be done. Your dealership is 45 minutes away from where I live and you’re only open during the week so I took time off work to make this appointment only to not get what I was promised. A complete waste of time. Not to mention when I scheduled over the phone, i was told to drop it off at 7am. Then when I get there I’m told my appointment is for 9:45am. Also was told that there was no mention of a rental in the notes either. Why is this all so hard?? To be clear, whatever Austin did was fine. The problem is with your scheduling. A lie and waste of time.
