Not one person there had a smile and when they put my car in the pickup area the good wasn’t closed I had to ask someone to close it

I’ve spend over 7 hours waiting for my car, which, as I was told by your employee, should have taken only few hours. I got there at 7:30am and did not get a time update until after 2:00pm. Hungry and upset I was also charged for unnecessary work. My car is still not fixed and they came to the conclusion that I was aware of but had to pay $500for it and drive for another appointment to actually fix it. This is not the first time that the services provided are highly unsatisfying and frustrating. I would really appreciate someone contacting and discussing this issue.

Kevin was alright but what’s up with most of the employees there? No one smiles nor do they greet customers. I was talking to another customer who shared a similar experience. This was the second time I’ve gone there but not sure if I’ll again.
