3 weeks from the initial call to schedule an appointment until the issue was finally resolved. Was told the recall issue would take an hour, but it took 1 hour and 45 minute. Did not get any paperwork and car was not cleaned because car wash required maintenance.
I’m still waiting on a return call to schedule the actual service. It’s been over a month.

A+ service team! One of the best service teams I’ve experienced since we’ve moved to the states. I wasn’t in the shop more than 2 minutes before the service manager (JIm?) asked if I’ve been helped and started helping me, this is not the level of service we normally receive in California. Jim, Tim and Zack rock! We really appreciate it. Your team diffidently eased our family’s mind as we drive back west. We truly appreciate the flexibility in getting us in early. The actual service was great and communication during process was good also. However getting the initial appointment was very difficult I had to call several times wait on hold over 10 minutes than get disconnected recall and get the off site scheduling technician that told me the soonest he could get me in for an appointment was a month out. I called back to store again waited on hold again before I finally got an in store service appointment. This is not the first time it’s been challenging to schedule an appointment. Also with an upscale dealership I don’t find it very professional to have the showroom receptionist wear pajama pants with fuzzy cute slippers to work.
