One of the three issues I came in for service was not resolved.
Text communication was great. Getting someone to answer the ot call back was sub par. When I call nothing was identified as Richfield Audi and when I was transferred to service they just clicked the phone and sounded like I was hung up on. No hold please or anything. Waiting 4 minutes and nobody answered in service. Need to have someone answer they phone. Jason did a nice job

Squeaking problem with break not being addressed. Break squeaks even when it’s warm and above 70 degrees. Ever time I share that, I am told that it’s a problem with Q7 special alloy break pads but I have not seen/heard other Q7s make that kind of noise

The receptionist on the main line was not knowledgeable about how service worked after hours. She kept transferring me and no one would answer the phone. When I arrived there was another gentleman waiting for his car. He said he had been waiting for a while too. But when Justin came out he was professional and polite.
