Jason was a wonderful Audi representative to work with for my repairs. It was challenging to find out what the issue was and it took a few weeks to do that , but I feel the root cause was discovered and repaired. I received very good communication from Jason about what was being done to the car and estimated repair windows. It was a very costly fix with two visits but I’m sure will be well worth it. He is exemplary as a Customer Service Representative and I so appreciate his honesty and integrity.

I had set up to pick up a carr, when I arrived I was tomd that wasnt the way apt was booked. I called for pick up - didnt heat back for over an hour so I called my husband to come home and dive me to the deletahip.
Service is good . But ask service desk to be more friendly. Had to wait for 5 minutes and no one was available to talk . The guy was looking at computer other guy was chit chatting with co employee.
Excellent service, as always. I appreciated the help in choosing a resource to replace my windshield and the ability to drop off my car for service as I was heading out of town. And the ride to the airport was an extra plus! Thanks so much.
