Zachery is knowledgeable, honest, and an awesome guy. I felt taken care of and that my time was honored. I would like for Audi to provide fair cost software updates to the MMI to keep up with smart phones and GPS tech.

Sarwan was amazing. Honestly the only reason I am not super angry at Audi Richfield. However the rest of my experience was horrible. Your phone service (the one you outsource) is the worst. Or maybe it's the service department. Twice now I've had questions when I've called in and nobody has called me back from the service department. The tech who checked me in (I believe his name was Tim) was dismissive. Not my fault I just showed up as nobody called me back. The last time my car was in - a month prior- nobody went over action items for my car, and then I had to juggle my day before going out of town to have my brakes fixed. You had my car for many days last month and it easily could have been fixed then. We own 2 Audis. You think the service would be better.

I feel communication regarding the progress and process of our vehicle repair was lacking. Also the length of time the repair took seemed excessive, which also comes back to communication (a large part of this stemmed from me not understanding that I needed to file an insurance claim to initiate the replacement of our windshield). When calls were made to us, they showed up as an unknown number on my phone and went straight to voicemail, this has not occurred when receiving other calls from Audi Richfield general number and led to more difficulties with communication. I think my biggest feedback is that it would have been helpful to have a more in depth conversation once the windshield cracked regarding what the time frame was and what we needed to do. Prior to starting the repair, Zach did tell me that this was possible and that we/our insurance would be responsible for the repair if the windshield broke, but I did not know that I needed to file a claim before any work would be done or windshields ordered once the windshield broke I realize the service department is a difficult job and staff are very busy, and I had a discussion with Zach and he admitted that his communication could have been better, which I greatly appreciate. Also I am very appreciative that Zach was able to get me a loaner vehicle, which helped massively with the inconvenience of not having our vehicle for as long as we did. . I’d be happy to talk to someone about this further if needed, and overall we are happy with the repair and that it was covered under warranty, our AC works again and we have our vehicle back. My Svc advisor was great. However about 5 miles out from picking up my vehicle all the same lights came on that I initially brought the vehicle in for: Drive system light Ck engine light Malfunction of start/ stop I find this troubling after just paying for a $1200 fix

Tires we’re rotated and TPMS was not reset. When arriving home the low tire light on. I called the dealership and had to return for TPMS reset. I wasn’t offered a free car wash or oil change for this inconvenience.

I have spent $5k and y all accounts it looks like they “fixed” the wrong part for the AC and the. Wanted to charge another $800.
