The bumper was very poorly cut to allow for the hitch to be installed rather than an piece actually designed for a hitch being used as was described to be the process. This low quality solution would have been expected going to an independent third party, not an Audi dealership.

I brought my vehicle for routine maintenance.
I also told Tim that the vehicle made a noise when shifting. Tim wrote a cryptic note on the service order. The paperwork I received had no mention of customer complaint of noise and no evidence of a road test trying to detect a noise. Now I will need to make another appointment because it is still making the noise. Also, I hit submit an it appears to do nothing.
