I called with an issue from a previous oil change I received only 1.5 min to a ago. We talked through it, he had me come in right away and he topped the oil back up, made noted in my record so it can be monitored for any future issues. He was timely, courteous and very helpful! I appreciated the car wash to “excel” in my experience. This was an issue that turned into a good thing. Please make sure he’s thanked for his service.

Darwin was terrific, quick and helpful explaining the fix. Audi roadside assistance, on the other hand, was difficult. Communication, phone and response issues need to be reviewed by Audi Mgmt.

had egr replaced, still exhibited issues when i first picked it up, after a week was told tech had a gasket installed wrong, car still having issues. smells like exhaust gasses entering cabin now.

I wish there was proactive communication on the status of the service - especially when the service takes over a couple of days. On the evening of the first day, I had to repeatedly call the service center to understand the status and had to plan on alternate mode of transportation at the end of my day at work when there were no loaner options available.
