Everything went very well on my service visit. Jason was very helpful and ensured I was in the loop.
As I was driving home my tire pressure gage came one, seems my tire pressure is off in my front left. I need to add air to ensure it doesn't have a leak. I will try to do that tomorrow.

all went very well. liked the pickup/dropoff of the car, had never used that before. there is another audi dealer closer (mpls) but audi richfield provides better service (and sales - that is where i bought the car - and i did buy another audi from the mpls dealer so i have a very direct comparison).

In removing my rear seat to do a recall, something heavy was placed on the cushion, apparently damaging the underlying cushion, as now the leather on the seat sags.

Easy to schedule the appointment. They were prompt and the appointment took no longer than their estimated time. They have a nice waiting area. Good snacks and beverages. Everyone I came in contact with was very pleasant.
I was told that my alarm that I described to Sarwan was fixed. This alarm had something to do with the coolant leak that with the algorithm reported to the computer which fired the alarm. I leave the dealership get on Cedar avenue and the same alarm goes off. I feel like I was given a line of BS as it relates to the alarm.
