I thought you said that I was to answer “one simple question” - but then there were two ?
When I picked up the loaner car, there was 13/16 gas in the tank. I spent $20 and returned it full. I have the receipt and a photo of the fuel tank level when I returned it, if you want that.
I really do not like the surveys sent after the appointments

Tim is awesome! Was able to fit me in last minute after I had a flat tire and was able to get it to the techs where they were able to repair it within an hour! Great customer service and quality in work!
Jason has been very helpful both of the two times I have worked with him. Upon my first visit, he helped clarify a scheduling issue that had been made for the service timeline for our vehicle. He attempted to deal with the vehicle issue so that I would not need to come back to the dealership for a follow up visit. Though the quick fix did not end up working, I appreciated the extra care he took to rectify the issue and get us in the schedule for a time when the vehicle could be seen. I appreciate the service Jason and the service team provide.

Tim always goes out of his way! Even with how busy your service department is with the recalls and 4G upgrades, he still had the tech measure my brakes pads to ensure they were good or needed to be replaced.

Had an appointment 2 or 3 weekends ago. Told me I can wait until the oil change and recall was done since no loaner car was available. Called back the Friday one day before the appointment was set to see how long it would take and they told it was rescheduled to 2/19. I didn’t receive any notice or anything, and would’ve drove 45 mins to 1 hour one way to just be told it was rescheduled.
When I did call that Friday, I was told that appointment was rescheduled and that I could come in anytime 2/19 and have a loaner car. I then called on 2/18 (day before surprise appointment) and the person told me they have no record of the 2/19 appointment and that no loaner cars are available. I then was put on hold and waited for a while, before leaving my number and hanging up since I was working.
Jason called me and confirmed my 2/19 appointment, and assured a loaner car. He was very helpful, and everything went perfectly for the service appointment.
The service(when I was there for the appointment) was excellent. The scheduling and confusion and not being told my appointment was rescheduled until I called less than 12 hours before what would’ve been a hour drive, not so much
Faster communication to the customer other than that service was great thanks.
