They removed the back seat car seat and did not put it back. Even if they would have told me, that would have satisfied me. I did not notice it until I was ready to put my grandson in it.
The service attendant appeared annoyed and irritated. He was short and unfriendly.

My car had not been through the car wash when I picked it up and I had to wait. Also, I was told they would look at a “tree sap” spot on my car and no one from service looked at it.
This is unusual from my previous experiences with Audi Richfield.
