My car was barely over the warranty that was purchased and I was told that a complete engine replacement was necessary. No one was able tell me why this was needed and there were no accommodations offered. Needless to say this is the last Audi/VW that I or anyone in my family will purchase. The lack of empathy shown through the entire ordeal was really mind boggling and I never have felt like my patronage was appreciated. All that I received in response is that we are sorry for the inconvenience and excuses like these things happen to cars.

The 90 minute quoted work took all day, required me to call twice for updates on timing, they forgot to wash the car, and communication is difficult. It is difficult to get the phone answered, transferring to service representative is almost impossible and the sales rep didn't call me back.

We live two hours from the dealership and made arrangements to bring the car in early in the day so that they would have plenty of time in the service department to take care of it. Obviously I would need to be able to drive home when they were finished. There were no loaner cars available so I made arrangements with a friend to borrow one. I came back after five hours and they hadn’t even touched the car. I waited another four hours before they finished it. I waited nine hours for a one or two hour service. And they know that I’m from out of town. I did not feel like I was appreciated or treated well. I make my reservations ahead of time and make sure to communicate clearly what I have going on to avoid exactly this kind of thing.
Abhorrent lies when vehicle was sold to me. No amicable discussion or willingness to meet me halfway on the repairs needed to the vehicle. Absolutely appalled at the level of service on sale of vehicle to me l
I was very pleased with the support I received from the entire team. I also was pleased with the extra care and support provided by my shuttle driver Trevor. He went out of his way to assist in my transportation and picking up parts for my car. Thank you to the entire Audi team!
