Tyler is excellent. You should stop sending these out and just give him a raise. He consistently values the customer above profit and always looks out for issues that could be safety issues. Tyler is the best service agent you have. Make no mistake, he is courteous and trustworthy. I won’t work with anyone else.

Despite the miserably wet weather, my unscheduled service to my vehicle was a good experience. Your team was there to greet me and direct me out of the weather to hear what service I was there for. I thought I’d need an alignment but Dennis diagnosed my issues and corrected all with a tire rotation. He thoroughly explained his reading in plain language for me and was able to take care of me as I waited rather than to schedule a future appointment. Dennis earned my confidence and carried himself as an experienced professional. Later in the day I happened to recommend vehicle service at Bev Smith to a couple of members in the American Legion who were discussing their experiences elsewhere. Thanks for your prompt expert service.

For my first interaction with the service department, I was thoroughly pleased with Dennis' commitment to leaving a positive lasting impression on. The service was completed when he said and he was expedient in following up with the notification.

the service advisor was fabulous. The issue is with the service. The hood was not latched correctly. It was only when I was driving on the hwy, that I noticed something was wrong. Thank goodness the hood did not come up while driving. The service technician should have made sure the hood was latched correctly.

Kim was awesome. I had a pretty significant problem with my vehicle and Kim helped me throughout the entire process and kept in contact with me. She also recognized that my problem could possibly be covered under warranty and we found out it was! Thank you Kim for everything!

Tyler was great! He was very helpful and understanding. I just wish my experience with the sales team was as a good. I’m very disappointed with the sales team. If it wasn’t for the great experience with the service team, I probably wouldn’t go back to the dealership for anything. Thank you Tyler for all of your help!
