Heaven is awesome!! Service was done timely. Price was reasonable. Heaven was and always is the most pleasant part of the experience.
We ran into a couple of complications but the Toyota team worked through it and the end results were exceptional.
I returned to Bev Smith Toyota this morning for my annual service and just like the previous 12 years the service was great. I got there 10 minutes before my appointment and service driver immediately took my car back and returned complete. Why would I ever want to change my dealership. It's always a 5 Star experience.

I am so happy with my 2016 RAV4 limited that my friends are sick of hearing about it. Bought new from Bev Smith in December of 2015. I bought the extended warranty and extended service agreement. The vehicle has only been serviced at Bev Smith . I’m 75 years old and previous to this vehicle I never went to the dealer for service. Bev Smith has shown me how wrong I was. I have 92k on my odometer so when I went to buy tires Bev Smith was 100 less than the best price I had gotten. It came with Lifetime rotation ck etc. I just had the tires rotated today and saw the bill for $49 but Rich adjusted it to $0.00 because I bought the tires in 2022 from Bev Smith. They get rotated twice a year free. When I had my first battery replaced the service manager told me about a special that was being advertised a new battery was $200 w lifetime warranty! I’m on my 3 rd battery. Same story with Brakes Lifetime warranty and wiper blades! My vehicle actually runs like new because it has only been serviced by Bev Smith . It literally could be put on your lot as certified if I traded it tomorrow! Rich Price is a fantastic asset to Bev Smith and I actually consider him a friend. He tells me about all the things Toyota says my car needs but he knows I’m not sold things like that I come in asking for the things I think I need done. Rich Price is a great asset to Bev Smith and he has been one of the reasons I keep coming back.
From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. The staff at the service entrance made me feel welcome and quickly directed me to my service advisor. Michael Wayne Matos provided outstanding customer service, was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. The dealership was also very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I was approached about trading my car in for a new model. The man, I believe his name was Jorge, was rude, judgmental and completely out of line with how he dealt with me. I would never refer anyone to him and I would never buy a car from him. The other salesman with him, Corey, was respectful and apologized for his superior’s behavior.
As usual Tori, my service adviser was wonderful and delightful.
I can always count on Tyler. He is professional, prepared and courteous. Thanks to him my Corolla is in tiptop shape.

Great job, Technician left my vehicle clean and did exactly what I wanted. The Lobby is very comfortable and I appreciate the free coffee and Snacks. Went outside to take a look at the New 4Runners. Really like the New colors and Really like what Toyota did with the body style. Very Sharp looking vehicle.
The one thing I don’t like is the hard sale I get to trade in my vehicle every time I bring in my truck for service. That is a big turn off with Bev Smith Toyota. I have considered taking it elsewhere because of this. Call off your sales sharks!
