I appreciate Lenny’s service and commitment to quality customer service. I had several questions and concerns that he was able to address and provide clarification on. I had many reservations regarding the service that was recommended and completed on my car. After several phones calls, emails, and text my issue with the cost of the service was resolved and the ac in my car is working again!

I appreciate the car service, but one of your employees Elliot was friendly but a little pushy when it came to an extended warranty. I told him I would like to get one but that’s not what I was there for today. he still insisted on getting detailed information from me. I had to sit outside to get a breather.

Tori is the epitome of professionalism. She’s one of the main reasons I return even though my car is paid off. The mechanics forgot to switch out the sticker that alerts me to the next service. They also forgot to reset it electronically so upon seeing this after exiting I returned. To add insult to injury they forgot to place everything in its proper place and there was a rattling on the right passenger side. Whatever is going on on the mechanical end needs to be reviewed and resolved.

I drive my car everyday and there is some balance problem with tires . Nothing major but I notice it . Tech didn’t notice anything but would balace them any way he said . I guess his manager overruled him cause they didn’t do anything. Vibration at from speakers a problem I’ve heard in forums. That they put insulation tape . Again I don’t think they put anything. What they did leave was a smell of gasoline in my car . Not impressed

Tyler goes above and beypnd our expectations when it comes to our vehicles. He points out what's needed and what's the first time, with no BS. He is a Great Servkce Manager, never let him go.

Very very satisfied wth service & Kim who informs of things we need to Do .. I ask a lot of questions & she always explains to me what needs to be taken care of up .. The dealership people r amazing also .. frienly & Pleasant
