Bev Smith Toyota Auto Repair Service

As Always the Bev Smith Team were at the Top of their game. While I was waiting I spoke with a woman who said that she drives from Stuart to come to Bev. She says that the team in Stuart are not nice. I agree. Heaven is sweet and professional.She did not keep me waiting and she kept me informed.I was said hello to by everyone that I passed or came in contact with. The building looks really nice. Oh and the young man at the food station was awesome!! I asked to buy water and he said that they had some at the front desk. I said thank you but it's too long of a walk(I'm going in for surgery) He said "He said i will get you one, have a seat and I'll bring it to you."So, he kindly walked over and brought back a bottle. I was so grateful!! Pastor T. Another sweet man. He was kind, professional, and NOT pushy...which i thoroughly appreciated as I'm not feeling well. Even the other customers seemed happy and not overwhelmed; which was wonderful. I appreciated the guys washing my car. That was Great! I think that's it ????. I think Bev has a Great Crew! Please do something special for them! They are the ones that keep Us Coming back! They deserve recognition! Thank you!

Very appropriate

Awesome experience with Tori as always but the service manager on duty was very rude and dismissive when I address a concern with her about snacks not being available as they used to be.I am a Diabetic and sugar got low but she showed no Empathy and said they are offered periodically.I bought two cars there and referred several friends and family who bought vehicles there too.I will never buy another car there again.

After they rechecked the car - once I left it - the error codes disappeared. I was initially disappointed after spending $1500 and getting two new error codes that were not explained to my satisfaction. Eventually, it seems to have worked itself out
