Ms. Lundy is a top notch professional, who knows her job inside and out. She was able to explain to me about all the services that would be done to my Highlander and answered any of my questions. She was in full communication with me at all times to let me know what was going on and I was provided with her phone number in case I had to get in touch with her. Ms. Lundy is a great listener and is proactive when it comes to getting the vehicle ready in top condition in a timely manner. I am very pleased with with her Professionalism, kindness, and wonderful personality. She made me feel less stressed about getting several services done to my vehicle and put me at ease. The technician was unable to verify my issue with the drivers seat, so the work was not scheduled and not completed. The 5K service offers no value to me as the customer.
