Kim was very helpful with getting me in for my service on such short notice. See is always helpful and keeps me up to date on any and all issues that I may need in the future. Sal was very helpful with showing me his inspection video. That was something that I have never seen before.

The service was great. But I had some of the checks I was sent by Toyota and was told I could get floor mats with them but the parts department would not utilize them. So why was I sent them if you wouldn’t honor them?

The workmanship is great as always, but some reason the last couple of times an oil change and tire rotation has taken 3 or more hours to complete. It wasn’t always like that, your service rep has aways been very professional and helpful.hopefully this will help you find the disconnect. Thank you!

Told a technician leave my cabin filter and my engine filter alone. I just replaced them yesterday. I spent $73 and did it myself yet they did them filmed them taking them out looking at them saying they were dirty. Please listen to what your customer asked for. I asked him to rotate the tires which I did not do it which right now it doesn't matter because Alicia and I talked about the tires and we are buying some and we will be having to put on tomorrow

Tyler listens to concerns and takes appropriate action in ensuring concerns are taken care of. I only have tyler as my service advisor and drive 20 minutes when i live a half mile from vero toyota but they are horrible.
