My appointment went wonderful with Osmany Venereo, he was super knowledgeable, extremely helpful, professional and kind! If I had to hand pick a service provider it would definitely be him, scale 1-10 absolutely 100 wouldn’t change anything about my experience! Looking forward to future appointments for my car!

I’ve been a Bev Smith Toyota Customer for many years and the reason I stay with them is because I trust how they maintain my car. I appreciate all their personnel they’re very helpful, knowledgeable, and cordial.

I was told when I made appt over the phone that there is no charge for determining what was making noise in my car. When I got there was told diagnostic charge would be $110. They did a visual inspection at no charge then told me the rotors and brake pads needed to be replaced. I have since gone elsewhere and only pads required replacement.

This is the third time I’m doing this is giving me a few problems with the phone, but Kim is a wonderful person and she’s the best been there for years. She always helps me once I get there. She gets my walker out of the car. She is really great and wonderful pleasant wonderful girl to talk to thank you so much and Anna and also Maria very good employees they’re very pleasant and very happy.
