I called last week make an appointment to have my car doorhandles fixed. I asked the person on the phone if they had the car door handles I was put on hold and told yes. It was about a 10 days notice. I called yesterday and asked again when confirming my appointment you have the parts for the car yes? I was told they had the parts. I need a new tire. Also I had to takeoff time from work to get there. Anthony told me that they fix the tire but could not fix the doorhandles because they did not Have the parts there. I was very confused. This is a big inconvenience because, as I said previously, I had to take time off from work to come in today to get this done and I was diligent about making sure you knew what I needed Before I came in.
