Tyler has been servicing me since 2014. He also helped me with my first tundra in 2010. He is the best,with out a doubt. I trust him and never question him if he says I need something, I say do it. I own 2 business myself 10 years ago I offered him a job. He respectfully declined. You something good there dedicated employee. Wich is rare these days.

I notice that the coupon I brought wasn’t applied to my service. I got the Lifetime brakes and the corresponding coupon says $50 off. Why wasn’t it applied to my total?

I was and am impressed and completely satisfied with the way Tyler handled my last service experience at Bev Smith. Although he says it was just his job, too many people these days do not exhibit the proactiveness and attention to detail he does. I will not hesitate to continue to bring my Toyotas under his care.

Mismanagement bought 5 vehicles from Bev smith since 2009 , which were tundras and 4Runners and past service and negotiation exceeded all treasure coast dealers! So I recommended to family and friends but now you prioritize the customer experience in service and sales , bought my last tundra Deerfield because there we’re negotiable to Toyota loyal customer which your not (vip) . As far as recent visit never saw Tyler until after second time my truck went to service and when they pulled up I had to locate him , overall no structure or guidance for any of the service associates at front line , plenty head count no leadership. Sad.
