Jamina was very friendly and told me how long I would be waiting for my car service! She came to tell me that they were finished with the oil change and were checking out a concern of mine! When my car was finished Jamina told me everything was good and what I was experiencing was normal!

I took my car in because of front end vibration at 45 mph. I was told the right axle and four tires are needed to correct the problem. I could not pay 1200 for the repair and 900 for tires so I buy the cv axle from your location for $500. Pay $200 for the installation and purchase four tires from tire plus. After all that work the problem still exists. The person who installed the new axel was surprised that I changed a good functioning part. Today it was revealed that the diagnostic findings was wrong and it was my left cv axle that need to be replaced. I was at the location today but was told to call back at the end of the day for some decision. The way this was handled from a customer service standpoint I believe is a miss opportunity because I am not a random customer. I have multiple car purchases since 2011 at your location and one of my car is presently in your shop replacing the transmission. So now this car has to sit home while I look transportation to work and I think I did the right thing bringing it to the expert.
